Bicycle Friendly Accomodation Facilities

Within the scope of sustainable tourism, in order to promote cycling tourism, Türkiye announce the "Bicycle Friendly Accommodation Facilities Certificate" application. According to application, accommodation facilities will be entitled to receive the document in question if they fulfill the following conditions:

Employment of personnel having information about cycling routes. Providing written or digital information about cultural, historical, and natural richness of the region Providing continuous information about current weather forecast and road condition at general locations in view. Having indoor bicycle shelter with equipment for parking and securing bicycles and monitoring this shelter. Having a marked and allocated area with equipment for washing repairing bicycles. Having services of quick laundry and quick dryer. For facilities having restaurant pr breakfast hall, preparing special menu for cyclists and informing about nutritional values Offering buying opportunities of energy gels/bars to be consumed on ride, drinks including electrolyte and/or carbohydrate for cyclists
